Location is in the center of town. There is a large shopping mall across the street. There is a parking garage 1 block away. The hotel is located on the top three floors of a retail store but very accessible with 2 elevators. One elevator is on the outside of the building with glass to observe your descent.

Great location, nice room, clean, great got powerful shower. The staff were all lovely. Having breakfast, fika, and dinner included made such a difference as well. The evening meal was a simple hot buffet but the food was so tasty and healthy - I really enjoyed it.

The hotel really exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, it is in the center of the city. In addition to the breakfast and dinner which were included in the price, we had FIKA, which was a lovely surprise - in period 15:00-17:00 we could have coffee or tea and cakes. Our room (for 3 people) was spacious, with comfortable beds. There was a kettle, free coffee, milk, tea, and some chocolate in the room. This was the only hotel I had been in that offered hair conditioner and body milk in the bathroom (in addition to shower gel and shampoo). The staff was very kind and helpful.

I was in this hotel before, everything is great. The best thing is the fact that you have breakfast, Swedish fika, and dinner included. Staff is helpful and kind. There are other facilities (gym, meeting room) but we did not use them. I would definitively stay here again.

Small room with a basic bathroom, but for me the bonus was that the bed was super-comfortable. The breakfast room and lobby have a nice "feel-at-home" vibe. The breakfast was excellent: a lot of choice, "continental" type of breakfast buffet with warm dishes, bread, cheese, ham, fruit, excellent (!) granola, yoghurt, coffee, tea, ... We arrived very late. I appreciated that the reception is still open at 1AM.

The room was huge and the bed extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed the meals provided. The staff were also a highlight of our stay as they were so friendly and accommodating. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

Fantastic NYE stay here again this year. Love this hotel, it's so comfortable, understated peaceful and quiet. Spotless with a Nice dinner and super breakfast. Right in town, short walk from the train station and to the lake. The bus to the airport stops right outside. Great VFM

This Hotel has us really surprised with a very nice flair, cosy and family-like feelings and complimentary fika and dinner. The food was generally good, the rooms clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful.
